LivinUp SeiMilano | Amenities Interior Design — Milan

LIVINUP SEIMILANO | MILAN, BISCEGLIE

Interior design · Amenities fit-out · 800 sqm

Interior design amenities Milan for the largest Build to Rent project in Italy. Dils entrusted VANDA with the complete fit-out of the shared spaces at LivinUp SeiMilano: 656 apartments across 11 buildings in the Bisceglie neighbourhood, three minutes from metro line M1. Six distinct spaces, one design vision.

Interior design amenities Milan: the project

LivinUp is not a condominium, it’s a way of living. The amenities aren’t an accessory to the residential project — they are its heart. VANDA designed and fitted out all the shared spaces: concierge, clubhouse with games room, common area with cinema room, coworking, gym and kids’ area. Eight hundred square metres where each space has its own identity, character and precise function.

The concierge

The first point of contact with LivinUp. The concierge area was designed to communicate quality and warmth from the very first step: dark materials, bespoke bookshelves, soft seating selected from Westwing’s collections to combine comfort and aesthetic refinement. A space that works as a service hub without giving up on style.

Clubhouse and games room

The social hub of the complex. The clubhouse spans two levels: downstairs, a games room with a pool table, ping pong table and an arcade videogame, all available to residents, all fully fitted out. Upstairs, a fully equipped kitchen with a table for up to 16 people, a board games area and a large living room with a giant screen, sofas and table football: practically a daydream made real. The clubhouse was designed around oak wood, sage green and cherry red tones. We selected artwork, books, lighting and soft furnishings. A basketball hoop integrated into the wall, to surprise and entertain. The lighting, by Flos, runs across both levels with a design that alternates sculptural pendants with more discreet points of light, emphasising the space’s dual convivial and domestic soul.

Common area and cinema room

The most versatile space in the complex, alongside the clubhouse, was designed for everyday socialising and for evenings. LivinUp aims to build a community within it, and this is especially clear in the choice to create high-quality gathering spaces. Here we fitted out another kitchen, a bar for preparing great cocktails with a view over Milan, and a cinema room. The result is a place equally suited to an evening with friends or a moment of individual relaxation. Modular furnishings, adjustable lighting, carefully designed acoustics, cookbooks, cinema props, a popcorn machine. The cinema room’s walls feature a selection of vintage posters by Santo Manifesto, The Milaneser and Ciao Discoteca Italiana, a tribute to Italian pop culture and nightlife that dialogues with the Neibac artworks chosen for the rest of the common area. The curtains, custom-made by Mignani Arredo, filter natural light during the day and set the right mood for movie nights. On the shelves, a selection of Feltrinelli books — cookbooks and beyond — invites reading and relaxation. We really thought of everything.

The coworking space

A workspace designed for LivinUp residents who want to stay in the neighbourhood without giving up focus. Operational desks, wooden surfaces, calibrated linear lighting. The dark wood and industrial surfaces create a professional environment without rigidity.

The gym

Technogym equipment across two levels, with views over the city. The flooring echoes the lines of an athletics track, the dark walls absorb energy. Purple, blue and yellow neon lights, LivinUp’s brand colours, custom-made by Neonsfeer, complete a space that works both as a performance environment and as a daily reset.

The kids’ area

The freest project in the entire intervention. Clouds suspended from the ceiling, a large green rug at the centre, organic seating, primary colours everywhere, with a selection of La Città del Sole toys designed to stimulate children’s imagination and play in complete safety. A space that speaks directly to children without mediation, immediate, joyful, safe, and which we filled with games, colours and sounds.

Interior design amenities Milan: six spaces, one story

Each LivinUp space has its own language, but they all tell the same story: that living well isn’t just a matter of private square metres. The shared spaces are the true added value of this project, the substantial difference between living in a condominium and living in a community. Design is the tool through which that value becomes a concrete everyday experience.

The interior design amenities Milan project for LivinUp SeiMilano reflects a growing trend in the Italian Build to Rent sector: the focus on shared spaces as a distinctive element of residential offerings. For VANDA, every project of this kind requires a multidisciplinary approach: from lighting design to graphic concept, from furniture and accessories selection to material care, capable of translating the developer’s vision into a coherent experience for the people who live the space every day. It’s work that requires time, listening and a network of reliable suppliers, and it gives the residential complex a recognisable identity in the market.
