An industrial showroom design project in Piacenza: VANDA transformed an 800-square-metre warehouse into the new Amada Welding Technical Centre in Pontenure, delivering entrance design, outdoor landscaping, bespoke interiors and advanced communication systems.

Industrial showroom design: the entrance

The project starts outside. A monumental architectural canopy redefines access to the centre and immediately introduces the brand language: precision, scale, visual impact. The outdoor area was entirely redesigned with walkways, selected trees, circular benches and a fountain featuring the Amada logo, which instantly became the iconic landmark of the centre.

Industrial showroom design: the interiors

The interior was built entirely to design. Bespoke joinery combines technical and warm materials, creating a professional environment that also knows how to welcome. Wood, dark surfaces and brass details create a precise contrast with the technology on display: LED walls, touch screen tables and projection systems turn the showroom into a fully functional communication and training tool.

The Welding Technical Centre is more than a showroom — it is how Amada chooses to present itself. Every design decision, from the outdoor landscaping to the interior layout, is built to showcase the company’s products and values.
