The Golfo Mistico in Turin is a place where creativity flows freely.
Conceived by Samuel Romano — singer, musician, and voice of Subsonica — this space is more than just a recording studio. It’s a creative hub where music, art, and design meet, merge, and evolve into new forms of expression.
When Samuel asked us to design the staircase that would connect the ground floor to the mezzanine of his Golfo Mistico, we embraced the opportunity with enthusiasm and care. Inspired by references from the world of sneakers — a nod to Samuel’s aesthetic — we worked with the materials already present in the space, imagining an architectural element that would not only serve its function but enrich the visual and emotional identity of the place.
The result is a staircase that feels solid, intentional, and industrial — honest in its simple materiality, yet rich in personality.
We are grateful to Samuel for his trust. It’s a privilege to contribute, even in a small way, to a place where the music that has shaped so many of us is born. Turin continues to inspire, and so do the Subsonica.
