OH MY CRUNCH began with a simple premise: create the world’s best sandwich. But great food demands great context. Consequently, when the opportunity came to design their first flagship location in Forte dei Marmi, we knew this wasn’t just restaurant design. Rather, it was creating physical expression of what makes a sandwich unforgettable—texture, surprise, bold flavor.

The result? A bar restaurant design that translates culinary crunch into spatial experience across three locations: the flagship in Forte dei Marmi’s prestigious coastal setting, Milan’s urban energy, and Saint Tropez’s Mediterranean sophistication.

The Forte dei Marmi flagship concept

Forte dei Marmi demands design confidence. This isn’t a location for timid choices or safe solutions. Instead, it’s where Italian coastal sophistication meets international luxury clientele expecting excellence.

For OH MY CRUNCH’s flagship, we developed dual spatial narrative. The front section embraces minimalist geometry and neutral tones—calm, refined, inviting. This creates arrival moment that doesn’t overwhelm. Guests enter through serenity.

Then comes the reveal. The kitchen and bar area explode with energy and color. This juxtaposition isn’t arbitrary. Rather, it mirrors the sandwich experience itself: composed exterior, explosive interior flavor. The space tells the brand story architecturally.

The bar as visual protagonist

In our bar restaurant design, the bar isn’t supporting element. Instead, it commands the space as both functional heart and visual centerpiece.

We clad the bar in high-performance polycarbonate replicating flaming pink alabaster stone. This choice delivers multiple impacts simultaneously. Visually, it creates unmissable focal point—luxury material presence without literal luxury material cost or weight. Functionally, polycarbonate offers durability essential for high-volume service environment. Sustainably, it aligns with contemporary material responsibility.

The pink isn’t decorative afterthought. Rather, it becomes brand signature, instantly recognizable, impossible to replicate. Moreover, it shifts perception throughout the day as natural light changes, creating dynamic rather than static visual experience.

Sleek lines and modern finishes complete the bar design. Every detail serves both aesthetics and operational efficiency—this bar works as hard as it looks good.
