VANDA | Our Branding & Logo Design Story

Let’s talk about us.

When we decided to found our own creative studio, one of the biggest challenges was naming it. We spent weeks exploring every possible combination. Using our surnames—Elmiger and De La Fuente—seemed like a charming, international-sounding solution.

But something didn’t click: it was too long, too complex, with tricky pronunciations and extra letters that made it feel heavy.

Then, one day, we combined our initials: V for Valentina, A for Aurora. V & A. VandA. VANDA.

It was perfect.

A short, powerful name. Feminine and floral—Vanda is both a woman’s name and a rare orchid. It’s memorable, elegant, and full of personality. Just like us.

Once we had the name, we began building the visual identity. The logo is clean, bold, and timeless—representing the clarity and strength of our creative vision. Our symbol is a heart cut like a diamond: it expresses care and passion, but also precision, transparency, and pure intent.

This branding project is more than our name—it’s our declaration of identity. It reflects our commitment to meaningful design, and the belief that even the smallest details carry power when done with intention.
