Amada Italia | Break Room

Seizing the Opportunity

For the renovation project of Amada Italia’s break area, located at their Pontenure headquarters, we transformed a corridor and two small rooms into a modern and dynamic space, designed to provide an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation for employees.

The project involved demolishing the walls of two corridors, creating in this way a large, open space that encourages communication and well-being. To maintain good acoustic insulation, we inserted a glass wall that separates the different areas while leaving the visual continuity of the space intact, creating a sense of openness and brightness.

Perforated Metal and Custom Lighting

To enrich the design, we chose to use perforated sheet metal, made with a special texture that recalls the appearance of lace, making the environment refined and original. The customised perforation adds a unique pattern that gives character to the design.

We also designed and produced four round lamps made of sheet metal discs that recall the Amada logo. Strategically placed, the lamps not only illuminate the space harmoniously, but also create an evocative atmosphere, enriching the overall design of the break area with a play of light and shadow.

The end result is a space that meets the functional requirements of a break area while also becoming a distinctive and visually striking environment, perfect for stimulating creativity and relaxation in a modern and innovative working context.
